Testimonials

I had a last minute dash request for 100 usb's for a client event and only had 4 days to source them. My usual supplier couldn't do anything for 14 days so was very happy when I found USB design. They called me back very quickly, I sent through the design needed and by the next day I had a proof sent through and confirmation that they could produce them within the short timeframe. The order went ahead very successfully, the client was happy and the whole process was very efficient.

Engraved, Embossed, or Debossed USB Drives
Bespoke USB Branding
For a very durable finish on a metal surface, Laser Engraving is a very popular method and the finish is very clean and precise. The modern Laser Engraving machines have variable strength, so that they can work on a range of materials from metal to wood. Unlike Screen or Full Colour printing, you do not get colour in the logo with laser engraving. However, it is possible to replicate shading in the logo. By using a computer to gauge the position and movement of the laser beam, when the beam hits the surface and vaporizes the surface, it is possible to control the process to achieve the desired effect. Generally a logo with a sharp edge and not overly complex is suitable for engraving, especially if just an outline of the logo with achieve the desired result. When using this process on wood, it is not possible to get the shading effect that you can on metal, although is a very nice effect and very long lasting.
Embossed and Debossed
It is also possible to emboss a logo when creating a plastic USB. The logo will be incorporated into the actual material itself, leaving a relief where the logo is, which can either be left plain or colour can be added to make it stand out. Or to get a more striking effect, you can deboss a logo, which instead of having a relief in the plastic where the logo is, it is raised from the surface instead, again colour can be added to this to make it really stand out.
