Testimonials

I had a last minute dash request for 100 usb's for a client event and only had 4 days to source them. My usual supplier couldn't do anything for 14 days so was very happy when I found USB design. They called me back very quickly, I sent through the design needed and by the next day I had a proof sent through and confirmation that they could produce them within the short timeframe. The order went ahead very successfully, the client was happy and the whole process was very efficient.

Full Colour Process
Promotional USB Branding Process
Full Colour Process printing, is based on a CMYK colour reference, rather than a pantone colour reference in screen printing. CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Key (Black). By accurately combining the four key colours, it is possible to replicate colour and also gradients of colour (shading). Using this print technique it is possible to recreate photographic images, or any other complex logo with lots of colours and gradients, although it does have its limitations with some colours appearing dull.
Four-Colour Printing
Full colour process printing uses four separate printing plates, one for each of the four colours used in the CMYK printing process. The process makes the image into a matrix of tiny dots of colour which you can notice if you look at a colour picture in your daily newspaper or magazine. This process is slightly more expensive than Screen Printing, so is best used when looking for a certain type of finish or when gradients of colours are required due to the logo being printed.
Also using the full colour process, we can incorporate a Dome resin finish. This is done by printing on a paper and then injecting a dome resin over the logo, this is then stuck onto the USB. Alternatively you can print onto the USB first, and then inject the dome resin which encompasses the logo. This gives a very hard wearing and long lasting finish with colour.
