How To Order - USBs

Artwork

To get the best finish possible, whether you want your branded USB drive engraved, embossed or printed, it is essential that we receive your logo or image in the highest resolution possible.

The preferred format is EPS, but we can accept other formats such as JPEG, GIF etc., as long as they are around 300DPI. Getting the artwork right also saves time as well, so if you are running to a tight deadline, the correct artwork is essential. If you are not sure about the quality of your artwork, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

If you have your corporate guidelines or just know the Pantone reference number of your preferred colour, please let us know as this will assist us getting the desired look and finish to your product.

Production and Delivery

All prices quoted are excluding VAT. Our minimum order quantity is 50 units. We can deliver to pretty much anywhere, although you are liable for any import duties or taxes levied in the country of delivery.

Once we have received your artwork, we will create some graphical samples for you to check, and send these to you via email for your approval. You can then get these revised as many times, until you are completely satisfied. We aim to send graphics back within 24 hours.

If you are happy with the graphics, all you need to do is email us the graphic that you wish to produce, and fill out our simple email form to complete the order. We will then produce your order which will be delivered in 10 business days. Quicker deliveries are available. Please contact us for more details.

Payment Terms

All orders are to be paid in full before we will start production. We currently accept all major forms of payment method.

Credit/Debit Card – We accept debit cards with no surcharge, there is a surcharge of 2.5% for Visa and MasterCard.
